This policy explains how GetBrazilVisa collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data. Because we are a Brazilian immigration service, your data is processed under Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Lei 13.709/2018). If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR also applies to you, and this policy is written to satisfy both.

Immigration work involves unusually sensitive paperwork: passports, income evidence, criminal background checks. We have tried to be specific about what happens to each of those rather than describing them in general terms.
